This package is designed for the Bride and Groom who have done all the planning, but now need to step back and enjoy their day. It gives the couple, their family and friends a sense of relief that all of the wedding day details are being taken care of. Everyone can have a stress free day.

• Consultation at ceremony and reception site a week before the wedding to discuss all the details and the order of the day.
Coordinate and direct the ceremony rehearsal and ceremony.
• Ideas and suggestions for last minute details.
• Coordinate reception timeline (will stay for the entire reception for an additional $25.00 per hour.)
• Unlimited phone calls and e-mails.

Come Together-
$1,200 – $1,800

This package is perfect for the Bride and Groom who have started the planning process and who have booked some of their vendors, but need some help in a few areas to bring together the complete vision. Up to 12 hours of planning sessions with the bride.

• Assistance with vendor selection.
• Budget planning and money saving tips.
• Set up and attend (if desired) vendor meetings.
• Unlimited suggestions and advice (if needed)
• Coordinate & direct the ceremony rehearsal & ceremony.
• Coordinate reception from start to finish.
• Arrive early and oversee all vendor deliveries.
• Distribute flowers to wedding party.
• Ensure that all decor is set up correctly prior to the event.
• Unlimited phone calls and e-mails.

Help, I Need Somebody! -
Starts at $2000

This is the most popular package and helps the Bride and Groom from "Will You?" to "I Do." This is great for busy brides who don't have the time to run on all the errands and do all the research. From day one, the bride will have help with all of the details to insure that she gets all she wants without all the stress. This package includes all of the services detailed in the Take It Easy Package and the Come Together Package, plus so much more.

• Unlimited planning sessions, phone calls, and e-mails with the bride
• Budget development and tracking
• Wedding Venue Search
• Help with designing a theme, color scheme and style of the wedding
• Assist with design of decor selections
• Assist with finding, negotiation and booking all vendors
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings
• Develop and manage a wedding planning timeline and wedding day timeline
• Assistance in selecting invitations, favors and stationary
• Assistance with tuxedo selection and bridesmaids fittings
• Review all vendor contracts and coordinate details with vendors
• Coordinate payments to vendors and distribute if needed
• Run errands and pick up items needed for the day
• Prepare seating chart and reception layout
• Supervise all deliveries and set up
• Assist where needed with wedding decor set up
• Arrange wedding day transportation
• Stay and retrieve all items left behind
• Prepare honeymoon suite for arrival of the newlyweds

Packages can be customized to fit your needs. All packages require 30% down at contract signing and balance due 2 weeks prior to wedding. $40.00 per hour for additional planning sessions.
